What is the deadline for returning or exchanging a booth?

Ibercasetas accepts returns of unassembled units, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

What do I do if the booth arrives damaged or is missing parts?

You must inspect the order upon receipt and, if there is any visible damage or missing components, report it immediately to the carrier and send photos to the email: info@ibercasetas.com . Within 48 hours, the missing parts or a complete replacement will be provided free of charge.

Are there any fees associated with the refund?

Yes, it will apply:

  • Round-trip reshipping costs , except in cases of damage.
  • Bank charges for transactions.

What conditions must be met for a return?

The booth must be:

  • New, unassembled and in original packaging.
  • All hardware, manuals and parts included.
    If assembly, missing parts, or damage is detected during return, no refund will be accepted.

What is the order cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse at no cost, except for a 3% bank fee if the charge has already been processed. Once dispatched, it is considered a refused delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

It covers manufacturing defects and structural failures caused by defects in materials or assembly process, provided they have not been modified, misused, or installed on incorrect bases.

What actions void the warranty?

The warranty is voided if there is:

  • Unauthorized modifications or installation of unapproved accessories.
  • Irregular base or improper assembly.
  • Improper use, accidental damage or severe weather (example: Dana).
  • Dismantling by unauthorized personnel.

Can I set up the booth myself?

Yes, it's a DIY assembly with:

  • Detailed manual and instructions , plus available videos.
  • At least two people usually facilitate the process due to the size of the pieces.

What type of base do I need and how do I set up the shed?

  • A level base is recommended, whether concrete, slabs or a firm wooden structure.
  • All Alpine model sheds include the galvanized steel floor kit which raises it about 2 cm off the ground; chipboard can be added inside, and/or covered with gravel.
  • If the holes do not align, it is usually due to an uneven base; it is recommended to level with plastic or sturdy wooden wedges.
